General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Westulysse

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern all orders placed through the website westulysse.com (the "Site"), operated by Dirfi.com ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you ("you", "your", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Products and Ordering
All products offered for sale on the Site are subject to availability.
Many products sold on the Site are manufactured on demand after an order has been placed. Product descriptions, photographs, colors and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.
We reserve the right to modify product offerings, descriptions, prices and availability at any time.
An order becomes binding only after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been sent by email.
2. Price and Payment
Prices displayed on the Site are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.
Payments may be made using the payment methods offered at checkout, including Shopify Payments, PayPal and major credit or debit cards.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions or pricing errors.
3. Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical delivery of the goods.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.
4. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds
Consumers residing in the European Union benefit from a statutory 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Conditions, procedures, exclusions and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Certain products, including personalized or made-to-order products, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges may apply.
Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Legal Guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantees provided under applicable consumer protection laws, including guarantees relating to conformity and hidden defects where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Site, including designs, illustrations, graphics, logos, text, photographs and trademarks, remains the exclusive property of Dirfi.com or its licensors.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written authorization.

By using the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dirfi.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
If you are a consumer residing in another country of the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory protections granted by the laws of your country of residence.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with applicable French consumer laws, consumers may seek an amicable resolution through a consumer mediation body.
